AI-2018 Registration Fees

The registration fees for AI-2018 have been maintained at the 2016 levels.

VAT is charged at 20% on all figures shown unless otherwise stated. VAT Reg No GB 618 1687 24

Discounts are available for group bookings. Please direct all enquiries about this to the conference administrator Mandy Bauer. (Please note that this discount does not apply to presenting authors of refereed papers in the technical and application streams.)

The registration deadline for all presenting authors of papers in the Technical and Application streams is Monday September 17th 2018.

The full registration fee includes lunch and refreshments daily (see note 7), an invitation to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, a ticket to the Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening and the conference proceedings. The lower rate for students does not include either the proceedings or the Gala Dinner. However, both of these may be purchased separately if required.

Notes

  1. The term 'BCS/SGAI member' implies either a member of BCS, a member of SGAI or a paid up member of another EurAi (formerly known as ECCAI) member society. Evidence of membership may be required.
  2. Membership of SGAI is at present only available to BCS members (any grade). Further information is given at http://www.bcs-sgai.org/?section=join.
  3. Those paying the non-members' rate for attendance at the full 3-day conference will be allowed to register at the members' rate for our next conference.
  4. Student rates are available to bona fide students, excluding those who are presenting full papers in the Technical or Application streams. Evidence of student status may be required.
  5. Payments must be in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Credit card payments must be by either Visa or MasterCard.
  6. If you have a disability you should also read our information for delegates with disabilities before registering.
  7. A walking tour of Cambridge (including entry to King's College) will be offered as an alternative to lunch on Wednesday December 12th.
