Real Artificial Intelligence has been developed in close co-ordination with AI-2009, the Twenty-ninth SGAI International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, to be held at Peterhouse, Cambridge, UK on 15-17 December 2009.
In designing the event, we have drawn on experience from previous BCS SGAI conferences, and in particular from the Application Stream, which has been a successful element of the conferences for many years.
Real Artificial Intelligence will share some elements with AI-2009 Application Stream, including the Application Keynote Address and the Best Refereed Application Paper.
AI-2009 remains, however, an excellent and cost effective opportunity for delegates to explore AI in more depth, allowing them to:
- get up to date with news and views of recent developments,
- understand how other groups are applying the technology,
- learn new skills
- exchange ideas with leading international experts in the field.
AI-2009 delegates can attend Real Artificial Intelligence at no cost, as well as enjoying three full days of workshops, peer reviewed papers in Application and Technical streams, the BCS Machine Intelligence Competition, Gala Dinner and ample opportunity for networking and discussions.
