Proceedings

The papers from the technical and application will be published by Springer-Verlag as separate volumes, entitled Research and Development in Intelligent Systems XXIII and Applications and Innovations in Intelligent Systems XIV, respectively.

As in previous years the refereed papers judged to be the best in each stream of the conference will be reprinted as a special issue of the international journal Knowledge Based Systems, edited by Professor Max Bramer.
