AI-2008 Cancellation Policy
Registered delegates who cannot attend the conference for any reason can cancel their reservation by contacting the conference secretariat by email to sgai-conference@bcs.org.uk by Sunday 23rd November 2008. A cancellation confirmation will be issued by return by the secretariat. Upon cancellation, the following refunds apply: 1. Registered delegates who are not presenting authors will receive a full refund of all registration and accommodation costs subject to a charge of £100 (£50 for student delegates) 2. Presenting authors will only receive a refund for any accommodation costs included in the registration.
