Dr Diego Alejandro Maseda Fernandez (Acute and General Internal Medicine Consultant)AI is a quickly evolving field which is about to drive one of the most important changes of the last decades in the healthcare sector. Large Language Models (LLMs), its reliability and current and near future applications are current topics of controversy. In my talk I will review the state-of-the-art and illustrate Chain of Thought (CoT) prompting. For simple medical tasks, Few-shot-CoT and Zero-shot-CoT may facilitate multi-step reasoning and reach correct answer where standard prompting fails.
