The Chair welcomed all members present.
1. Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes were approved unanimously.
2. Chairman's Report
The Chairman's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Prof. M.A.Bramer, seconder R.Gilligan).
3. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Prof. M.A.Bramer, seconder Prof. M.Petridis).
4. Election of Committee Members
The term of office of two committee members, Dr. Jixin Ma and Prof. Thomas Roth-Berghofer, came to an end at the conclusion of the 2015 AGM.
By the close of nominations on Wednesday December 9th, the following nominations had been received.

As there were four candidates for two vacancies an election was necessary.
This was conducted by secret ballot by Ms. Mandy Bauer (BCS). Following this
the Chair declared that the candidates elected for 3 years beginning at the
close of the 2015 AGM were Dr. Jixin Ma and Prof. Thomas Roth-Berghofer.
