The Chair welcomed all members present.
1. Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes were approved unanimously (proposer: M.Petridis, seconder F.Coenen).
2. Chair's Report
The Chair's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: A. Lea, seconder F.Stahl).
3. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer, Ms. Rosemary Gilligan was unable to attend because of a personal problem, so no report was presented.
4. Election of Committee Members
The Chair reported that the term of office of seven committee members, Max Bramer, Adrian Hopgood, Gilbert Owusu, Miltos Petridis, Rosemary Gilligan, Simone Teufel and Nirmalie Wiratunga would come to an end at the conclusion of the 2017 AGM. There were thus seven vacancies to fill.
By the close of nominations on Wednesday December 6th, the following six nominations had been received.

As there were fewer candidates than there were vacancies no election was necessary
and the Chair declared that the candidates elected for 3 years beginning at
the close of the 2017 AGM were Max Bramer, Rosemary Gilligan, Adrian Hopgood,
Stelios Kapetanakis, Gilbert Owusu and Miltos Petridis.
