The Chair welcomed all members present.
1. Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes were approved unanimously (proposer: Rosemary Gilligan, seconder Max Bramer).
2. Chair's Report
The Chair's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Jixin Ma, seconder: Max Bramer).
3. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Max Bramer, seconder: Andrew Lea).
4. Election of Committee Members
The terms of office of two of the committee members, Richard Ellis and Jixin Ma were due to come to an end at the conclusion of the 2021 AGM. There was already one committee vacancy, so there were three posts to fill by election.
By the close of nominations, the following nominations had been received.

As there were two candidates for three vacancies no election was necessary and the Chair declared that Richard Ellis and Jixin Ma had been elected for 3 years beginning at the close of the 2021 AGM. That left one vacancy which would be filled at the 2022 AGM.
