The Chair welcomed all members present.
1. Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes were approved unanimously (proposer: Max Bramer, seconder Adrian Hopgood).
2. Chair's Report
The Chair's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Frederic Stahl, seconder: Juan Augusto).
3. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer was unexpectedly unable to attend the meeting because of illness.
4. Election of Committee Members
The terms of office of three of the committee members, Nadia Abouayoub, Andrew Lea and Frederic Stahl, were due to come to an end at the conclusion of the 2022 AGM. There were currently two committee vacancies, so there were five posts to fill by election.
By the close of nominations, the following nominations had been received.

As there were five candidates for five vacancies no election was necessary and the Chair declared that Nadia Abouayoub, Andrew Lea, Frederic Stahl, Mathias Kern and Eric Jukes had been elected for 3 years beginning at the close of the 2022 AGM.
