The Chair welcomed all members present.
1. Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes were approved unanimously.
2. Chair's Report
The Chair's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Frederic Stahl, seconder: Juan Carlos).
3. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer was unable to attend the meeting because of illness.
4. Election of Committee Members
The terms of office of five of the committee members, Juan Carlos Augusto, Max Bramer, Rosemary Gilligan, Adrian Hopgood and Stelios Kapetanakis, were due to come to an end at the conclusion of the 2023 AGM. There was currently one committee vacancy, so there were six posts to fill by election.
By the close of nominations, the following six nominations had been received.

As there were six candidates for six vacancies no election was necessary and the Chair declared that Mercedes Arguello Casteleiro, Juan Carlos Augusto, Max Bramer, Rosemary Gilligan, Adrian Hopgood and Stelios Kapetanakis had been elected for 3 years beginning at the close of the 2023 AGM.
