The Chair welcomed all members present.
1. Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes were approved unanimously.
2. Chair's Report
The Chair's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Nadia Abouayoub, seconder: Mathias Kern).
3. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer was unable to attend the meeting because of illness.
4. Election of Committee Members
The term of office of one committee member, Richard Ellis, was due to come to an end at the conclusion of the 2024 AGM, so there was one post to fill by election.
By the close of nominations, the following nomination had been received.

As there was one candidate for one vacancy no election was necessary and the Chair declared that Giovanna Martinez had been elected for 3 years beginning at the close of the 2024 AGM.
