The Chair welcomed all members present.
1. Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes were approved unanimously.
2. Chair's Report
The Chair's report was presented to the meeting. A proposal to approve the report was carried unanimously (proposer: Eric Jukes, seconder: Carl Adams).
3. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer was unable to attend the meeting because of illness.
4. Election of Committee Members
The terms of office of five of the committee members, Nadia Abouayoub, Eric Jukes, Mathias Kern, Andrew Lea and Frederic Stahl were due to come to an end at the conclusion of the 2025 AGM, so there were five vacancies to fill by election.
By the close of nominations, the following five nominations had been received.

As there were five candidates for five vacancies no election was necessary and the Chair declared that Nadia Abouayoub, Eric Jukes, Mathias Kern, Andrew Lea and Frederic Stahl had been elected for 3 years beginning at the close of the 2025 AGM.
